WOW! We provide FREE UK DELIVERY on all orders over £30!
Order BEFORE 2pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch.
Shipping within UK normally takes 2-3 working days, however this is not always guaranteed and up to 15 working days should be allowed as per Royal Mail delivery guidelines.
Ireland and International customers are also welcome to experience LIPP with FREE SHIPPING options available, see below for details.
Shipping outside UK normally takes 4-5 working days, however this is not always guaranteed and up to 25 working days should be allowed as per Royal Mail delivery guidelines.

RETURNS
Once shipped, goods can only be returned if they are deemed to be damaged or faulty.
It is your responsibility to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify us within five working days if the goods are damaged or do not comply with the terms of the order.
If you do not notify us via info@getlipp.com within 5 working days of receiving the goods, this will be deemed as acceptance of the goods.
If you are returning products due to a fault, we will carry out a full investigation, and where we agree that the goods are faulty, you will be refunded, in full.
